At Precious Trust, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased through our online store.

However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or has a defect, we’re here to help. In such cases, we offer store credit after reviewing the issue.

The item must be unused and in its original condition

🚚 Shipping Information

We take great care in preparing every order. All items are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery before signing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur and are beyond our control.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

Please note: In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability.

🌍 International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties and taxes may apply.

These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
